      Get a validation test execution plan.
      Parameters:
      resourceGroupName - The name of the resource group. The name is case insensitive.
      cloudValidationName - The name of the CloudValidation.
      validationExecutionPlanName - The name of the ValidationExecutionPlan.
      context - The context to associate with this operation.
      Returns:
      a validation test execution plan along with Response.
      Throws:
